Tadqiqot uchun 2015–2024 yillar davomida viloyatdagi 14 ta tuman va shaharlar kesimida o‘rtacha hosildorlik, ishlab chiqarish xarajatlari, suv ta’minoti, ishchi kuchi kabi ko‘rsatkichlar asosida ma’lumotlar to‘plandi. Klaster tahlilning K-means, ierarxik agregatsiya va Silhouette koeffitsiyenti metodlari yordamida viloyat hududlari hosildorlik darajasiga ko‘ra guruhlarga ajratildi. Tahlil natijalari asosida strategik qarorlar qabul qilish, past hosildorlikka ega hududlarda resurslarni qayta taqsimlash kabi tavsiyalar berildi.
