A brief overview ofmodern domestic scientific research on interpersonal relationships in children's, school andstudent groups is given. The results of a diagnostic study of interpersonal relationships ofstudents of a medical university are presented. Based on the data obtained, the authorsdeveloped and implemented a psychological training Psychology of Communication andInterpersonal Relationships; its importance for the training of future teachers issubstantiated. Analysis of the results of the control stage of the study showed thatpsychological training contributes to the development of effective interpersonalrelationships, strengthening interpersonal ties, forming constructive interactions, and alsopromotes team building.
