abstract: According to the literature, there is a continuous increase in the number ofnbsp;children suffering from chronic pneumonia, the pathogenesis and pathomorphology ofnbsp;which are based on congenital anomalies and malformations of the bronchopulmonarynbsp;structures [1,3]. Among the malformations, pulmonary hypoplasia is the mostnbsp;common, accounting for 75-80% and characterized by a steady increase in morbiditynbsp;among children, an increase in the incidence of extensive, advanced and severe formsnbsp;of damage [5,6].
