Bu  davlatlarda oddiy qonunlar     konstitutsiyaligini sud orqali nazorat   qilish asosida  amalga oshirishda  roman-german   oilasida  qonun chiqarish amaliyoti 3 xil ko’rinishda –kodekslar,maxsus   qonunlar,normalar to’plami ajratib ko’rsatadi.Bu oilaga kiruvchi   davlatlar fuqarolik ,jinoyat  va  ma’muriy kodekslar qabul qiladi.Roman-german oilasida   sud amaliyoti ancha muammoli hisoblanadi.Mamlakatimiz tanlagan huquq oilasi o’zbekiston uchun ancha qulay  oiladir.Jahon huquq oilalari ko’p va   davlatlar  o’z mentaliteti asosida tanlov qilishadi.2024-10-30Research Science and Innovation HouseMaqola
