abstract: Idioms, as concise expressions of cultural wisdom, often encapsulate profound existential, ethical, and spiritual perspectives on life. This study explores how idioms across various languages reflect these philosophical dimensions, revealing shared human concerns about meaning, morality, and transcendence. Through a qualitative analysis of selected idioms, this research identifies recurring themes such as the search for purpose, the tension between fate and agency, and the pursuit of moral integrity. The findings suggest that idioms serve as linguistic bridges between individual experiences and collective worldviews, offering insights into how societies navigate life’s deeper questions.
