%X It is known that international cooperation has always been at the center ofnbsp;discussion of studies of two main liberal and realist directions. The predominancenbsp;of the doctrine of liberalism in the XVII of XIX century was replaced by the theorynbsp;of realism at the beginning of the XXI century. The study of the issue of internationalnbsp;cooperation was formed as an independent scientific direction in the theory ofnbsp;international relations, which became popular in the 1950s. The study of thisnbsp;problem attracted the attention of scientists to such questions as the internal causesnbsp;of cooperation, its place in the international environment that hinders or encouragesnbsp;development, causes and consequences of factors leading to cooperation, forms andnbsp;types.
