Yangi O‘zbekistonda ma’naviy-ma’rifiy ishlarni takomillashtirishga oid qarorlar, uzluksiz ma’naviy tarbiya tizimi, maktab va oliy ta’limdagi tarbiyaviy ishlar, mahalla institutining ijtimoiy vazifalari hamda yoshlar siyosati III Renessans poydevorini yaratishning amaliy mexanizmlari sifatida baholanadi.
