abstract: This article examines the state pension system and the change in the age of retirement and its consequences. In the development of the off-budget Pension Fund system, the differences between the pension age abroad and the retirement age in our Republic and the scientific basis of their adaptation to the present time have been studied, relying on the concepts of demographic load, state expenditure on pension payments, and the efficiency of the pension system.
