      "abstract": "This article discusses the clinical significance, causes, pathogenesis, and modern diagnostic and treatment methods of cardiac arrhythmias and heart blocks. Cardiac rhythm disturbances lead to hemodynamic changes in the human body, increasing the risk of various complications. Arrhythmias occur as a result of changes in the electrical activity of the heart and are manifested in the form of tachycardia, bradycardia, and irregular rhythms. Heart blocks are characterized by disturbances in the conduction system of impulses. The article provides information on the diagnostic role of electrocardiography (ECG), as well as drug and invasive treatment methods. The results of the study show that early detection and effective treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and blocks are important in improving the quality of life of patients.",
