%X This study introduces the Integrated Success Pedagogical Model (ISPM), a concept-based framework for systematically embedding the educational concept of success into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction in higher education. Grounded in systemic, activity-based, personality-oriented, axiological, and competence-based approaches, ISPM operationalizes success as a multidimensional construct encompassing cognitive, axiological, behavioral, and reflective dimensions. The model integrates success into instructional goals, content, pedagogical technologies, and assessment procedures. Practical techniques include success-oriented task design, project-based learning, case analysis, portfolios, and reflective journals. The study presents the principles, structural components, instructional strategies, and implementation algorithm of ISPM. Implications for pedagogy highlight the potential of concept-based frameworks to enhance learner engagement, metacognitive awareness, and personality-oriented language development.
