N2  - Migraine is a neurological disorder characterized primarily by severe and painful headaches that often begin on one side of the head and are typically throbbing in nature. This condition is frequently manifested by recurrent headache episodes and, especially in the early stages, may involve not only intensifying head pain but also other symptoms such as palpitations, dark visual disturbances, nausea, and others. The development of migraine as a clinical condition is often associated with stress, sleep deprivation, certain foods, hormonal changes, and genetic predisposition. Research indicates the necessity of timely diagnosis of migraine and the development of preventive measures. This article highlights the impact, causes, diagnosis, and treatment methods of migraine, as well as scientific studies on prevention.
