Анализ направлен на выявление семантических, синтаксических и функциональных особенностей глаголов движения и локализации, а также их сочетаний с обстоятельственными и служебными элементами. Показано, что пространственное значение глагольных конструкций формируется в результате взаимодействия лексического значения глагола, грамматических категорий вида и залога, а также контекстуальных факторов.
