The study emphasizes the integration of hygiene education into physical education lessons through practical activities, teacher guidance, and student-centered instructional methods. Attention is given to the development of students\u2019 awareness, responsibility, and positive attitudes toward hygiene-related behaviors such as cleanliness, proper sportswear use, and post-activity hygiene routines.",
