abstract: This article scientifically analyzes the essence, theoretical foundations and practical significance of the gender approach in the education system. The study highlights the impact of ensuring gender equality on the quality of education and the effectiveness of upbringing. It also reveals the issues of eliminating gender stereotypes in the educational process and creating equal opportunities for boys and girls. The article substantiates the pedagogical mechanisms for implementing the gender approach and its relevance today.
