abstract: This article examines the theoretical foundations of damages recovery, the legal framework in the Republic of Uzbekistan, procedural aspects, including judicial practice, and a comparative analysis with the legislation of Russia, the United States, Germany, and China. It concludes that the institution of damages recovery in the civil procedural law of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a key element in ensuring justice, protecting property rights, and the sustainable development of civil circulation.
