abstract: This article analyzes the essence of pedagogical stress, the causes of its occurrence in teachers, and its impact on the educational process. The complex and responsible aspects of pedagogical activity - individual behavior of students, excessive workload, lack of time, updating methodological requirements, and psychological pressure - are indicated as the main sources of stress. The study highlights modern approaches to reducing stress and "refreshing" resources in teachers, including professional self-development, emotional stability strategies, pedagogical reflection, methods for preventing "burnout," and the importance of creating a healthy psychological environment.
