abstract: This article discusses the concept of pedagogical team management, its content and significance in organizing effective activities in an educational institution. In managing a pedagogical team, the professional competence of the leader, leadership qualities, communication culture and cooperation between team members are analyzed as important factors. The role of innovative approaches, motivation, control and evaluation mechanisms in the management process is also revealed. It is substantiated that proper management of a pedagogical team serves to improve the quality of education, create a healthy psychological environment and ensure the professional development of teachers.
