abstract: This article analyzes the concept of pedagogical conflict, its causes and impact on an educational institution. It also provides information on methods for identifying, preventing and effectively resolving conflicts. Psychological and pedagogical methods of managing pedagogical conflicts, ways to find solutions through dialogue and cooperation are highlighted. The article provides practical recommendations for educators, educators and heads of educational institutions.
