ESP is designed to address discipline-specific language needs and equip students with the linguistic, rhetorical, and communicative skills required for academic success and future employment. This study investigates the role of ESP instruction in enhancing both academic and professional competence among undergraduate learners from various disciplines. Drawing on established ESP principles, including needs analysis, disciplinary discourse, and task-based learning, the research implements a 10-week ESP program and evaluates its effects through quantitative and qualitative measures. Findings reveal significant improvement in students' academic reading, writing, and oral communication, as well as increased confidence and autonomy in professional contexts.
