N2  - This article examines the integration of transformative learning principles into the development of productive speech skills among university students. Transformative learning, introduced by Jack Mezirową, emphasizes critical reflection, perspective transformation, and the reconstruction of meaning structures. When applied to the enhancement of productive speech?speaking and writing?it fosters deeper self-awareness, communicative autonomy, and analytical thinking. Drawing on Uzbek, Russian, and English scholarly works, this study analyzes how reflective dialogue, perspective-shift tasks, interactive communication, and experiential learning strengthen students? verbal expression, argumentative competence, and communicative flexibility. The article proposes a holistic pedagogical model that blends transformative techniques with communicative and psycholinguistic principles.
