      "abstract": "The work written on this topic studies the criminal nature of the act of evasion of maintenance by adult children from their parents within the framework of family financial relations. The purpose is to identify the criminal elements of such acts, their material and moral harm, and to provide a normative explanation of criminal liability. The study considers the legal essence of the concept of evasion, the composition of the act (actions, intention, reason) and the resulting damage; and also analyzes the criminal nature of such an act in the context of fraud, robbery, pressure on a person or other corresponding types of liability.",
