The article synthesizes theoretical developments, comparative perspectives, and practical approaches to reveal how criminalistics contributes to evidence-based justice. Prevention, detection, and investigation of crimes depend heavily on advanced criminalistic methods, integration of technological innovations, and systematic cooperation across scientific fields.",
