%X The comorbid course of hemorrhagic vasculitis (Henoch–Schönlein purpura) and nephropathy in children is associated with more severe clinical manifestations and profound immune-hematological disturbances. The study investigated immune and hematological parameters (IgA, IgG, IgM, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, complement C3, and blood indices). Results revealed elevated IgA levels, activation of the complement system, and a reduced CD4+/CD8+ ratio. The improved preventive program — including immunomodulatory therapy and long-term follow-up — reduced relapse frequency and preserved renal function in affected children.
