      "abstract": "This article analyzes the significance of commercial banks, particularly Ipoteka-Bank, in reducing poverty in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the bank\u2019s social functions and its contribution to sustainable development through the example of preferential loans granted to low-income families during the period 2021\u20132023. Based on statistical data, the article evaluates the role of preferential loans in increasing household income, ensuring employment, and promoting the development of small entrepreneurship. The research employs analytical, comparative, and document review methods. The findings indicate that the social financing mechanisms implemented by Ipoteka-Bank have a significant impact on Uzbekistan\u2019s sustainable economic development and the ongoing process of poverty reduction.",
