abstract: In the 21st century, education is experiencing a paradigm shift driven by theintegration of modern pedagogical methods and emerging technologies. This paper explores how theconvergence of active learning strategies—such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, andpersonalized instruction—with advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), virtualreality (VR), and learning management systems (LMS), enhances both teaching efficacy and learnerengagement. The study synthesizes current literature and case studies to demonstrate how technology,when thoughtfully integrated into pedagogy, leads to increased learner autonomy, collaboration, anddeeper knowledge construction. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for educatorsto harmonize modern pedagogy with innovative digital tools for sustainable educationaltransformation.
