The practical possibilities and export prospects of expanding the assortment in the context of Uzbekistan\u2019s agriculture are examined. The study is based on scientific literature, Uzbekistan\u2019s normative-legal documents, and market analysis. The article provides recommendations for innovative approaches, quality standards, and market strategies to diversify the assortment, contributing to Uzbekistan\u2019s competitiveness in the global market.",
