For each month, specific anthropometric changes and their causes are discussed. The results show that during pregnancy, abdominal perimeter, waist circumference, hip circumference, and body weight increase significantly. These findings are essential for monitoring pregnancy, identifying risk factors, preparing for childbirth, and ensuring postpartum recovery.
