The study analyzes user experiences and medical data to highlight these health concerns. Furthermore, the research introduces transformable heel designs as an innovative solution to mitigate ergonomic issues without compromising on visual appeal. By bridging fashion and functionality, such designs offer a promising alternative for health-conscious consumers. The findings are based on survey results, orthopedic assessments, and current academic literature, and aim to contribute to more sustainable and user-friendly footwear innovations in the fashion industry.
