abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis of the key factors affecting financial stability in the era of digital economy development. A particular emphasis is placed on the role of digital technologies, including digital payment systems, cryptocurrencies, fintech firms, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). The study explores both the global and local challenges—particularly within the economic context of Uzbekistan—and offers scientifically grounded recommendations to ensure long-term financial stability.
