abstract: This article explores the relationship between the gig economy and labor marketefficiency, analyzing how short-term, flexible work arrangements impact employment dynamics,resource allocation, and economic productivity. It discusses the advantages and challengesassociated with gig work from the perspectives of both workers and employers.
