abstract: This article analyzes the issue of teaching literary works to primary school students using modernmethodological approaches. It highlights the positive impact of visual aids, creolized texts, andcreative teaching methods on the development of students’ thinking, emotional responses, andanalytical abilities. The article also examines strategies for incorporating students’ life experiencesinto the educational process and fostering an aesthetic perception of literary texts
