%X In the context of globalization and growing competition in the educational services market, increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions (HEIs) is becoming an important factor in their survival and development. This article discusses the main aspects of improving the competitiveness of universities. The analysis of existing approaches and strategies is carried out, methods and tools are proposed to improve the competitive positions of universities.
