The process of organizing budget and corporate procurement varies depending on various factors, such as the advanced economic development of certain countries, political structures and procurement regulations. At the same time, it is noteworthy that a number of developed countries are recognized for their effective and transparent procurement practices. This thesis presents the stages of organizing this process in a foreign country and the work on improving it in our country, as well as existing problems around the world. With the effective use of budgetary funds, the provision of budget enterprises with high-   quality and affordable products remains an urgent issue today.
