abstract: This article examines the clinical course of atrioventricular (AV) blocks of grades I to III and their influence on the progression of heart failure. AV blocks are among the most common types of cardiac conduction disorders and can significantly affect cardiac output and overall heart function. The study highlights the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying various degrees of AV block, their diagnostic features, and the associated risk of heart failure development. Emphasis is placed on early detection, clinical management, and treatment strategies to mitigate complications. The findings underscore the importance of timely intervention in patients with AV block to prevent or slow the onset of heart failure.
