TI  - INSTRUMENTAL AND TREATMENT TACTICS WHEN STROKE AND ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME OCCUR SIMULTANEOUSLY IN ONE PATIENT
N2  - Stroke and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) are critical cardiovascular conditions that require urgent and precise management. The simultaneous occurrence of both conditions in a single patient presents a unique clinical challenge due to overlapping symptoms and complex pathophysiology. This article reviews the instrumental diagnostic approaches and treatment strategies for managing patients with concurrent stroke and ACS. Emphasis is placed on timely diagnosis using imaging and laboratory tests, careful evaluation of hemodynamic status, and the integration of pharmacological and interventional therapies to optimize patient outcomes. The article also discusses potential complications and the need for multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of such high-risk patients. Understanding and implementing effective diagnostic and therapeutic tactics is crucial for improving prognosis and reducing morbidity and mortality in this patient group.
