Early recognition of psychoemotional distress can improve coping mechanisms, treatment adherence, and overall prognosis. This article examines the psychoemotional impact of oncological diseases in women, focusing on psychological barriers, coping strategies, and the role of psychological support in enhancing resilience. Diagnostic methods, such as standardized psychological assessments (e.g., Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS) and patient-reported outcome measures, are analyzed for their effectiveness and patient perception. Emphasis is placed on multidisciplinary interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and patient education, which reduce emotional distress by 40–50%. The findings highlight the importance of integrating psychological support into oncology care to improve mental health outcomes and treatment compliance.
