%X Modern science is increasingly demonstrating the direct impact of gastrointestinal health on the immune system. Physicians and researchers are actively studying the role of gut microbiota in maintaining immunity, as a significant portion of immune cells are located in the intestines. While gastrointestinal tract health was once discussed primarily in the context of digestion, today it is indisputably recognized as critical to overall health, resistance to infections, and even emotional well-being. The gut is not only a digestive organ but also plays a key role in protecting the body from infections.
