abstract: This article explores individualized strategies for the treatment and management of hypertension. Given the complex and multifactorial nature of hypertension, a one-size-fits-all approach is often insufficient. The paper highlights the importance of personalized care based on a patient's age, genetic background, lifestyle, comorbidities, and response to therapy. It discusses modern diagnostic tools and treatment modalities that support tailored interventions. Emphasis is placed on continuous monitoring, patient education, and adherence to therapeutic plans to achieve optimal blood pressure control and reduce cardiovascular risks.
