Рассматривается заивимость эффективности, тока корот-кого замыкания, напряжения холостого хода и фактора заполнения от высоты&nbsp; солнечного элемента. Наблюдаются немонотонная скачкообразная зависимость эффективности от высоты солнечного элемента.
