The study addresses challenges related to speech techniques, their solutions, and methods for improving teachers? oratorical skills. The findings suggest that speech techniques and oratorical culture are vital for enhancing teachers? pedagogical effectiveness, but developing these skills requires ongoing training and engagement with literature.
