The gestation period of heifers in group I was 16 days shorter than in group II, while in group III there was no significant difference Also, the age of first calving in cows of group II was on average 20.9 (P>0.999) 16.9 days (P>0.99) shorter than in cows of groups I and III, respectively, and their live weight in cows of group I was 26.7 (P>0.99) and 35.1 (P>0.999) kg higher than in cows of groups II and III, which indicates that the reproductive characteristics of the cows were at the level of biological norms.
