abstract: This article is devoted to the analysis of the importance of botulinum toxin-based botulinum therapy in the treatment of blepharospasm. Blepharospasm is a neurological disease that occurs as a result of involuntary and involuntary contraction of the muscles around the eyes, and the use of botulinum toxin (Botox) in the treatment of this condition stands out as an important medical solution. The article reviews the benefits, effectiveness and potential risks of botulinum therapy.
