N2  - This article analyzes effective methods for innovatively involving children in physical exercise. The importance of physical activity for children is growing, especially with the help of modern technologies and methodologies, the possibilities of making this activity interesting and useful are expanding. The article considers innovative approaches to increasing children's interest in physical exercise, motivating them and involving them in activity, including new methods such as gamification, digital applications, virtual and augmented reality technologies. It also analyzes the role and effectiveness of interactive and creative approaches in learning and developing sports for children. The article contains proposals and recommendations aimed at developing children's sports in innovative ways.
