Построены функция валового дохода системы до налогообложения, функция результирующей прибыли, фискальная функция, коэффициент операционной эффективности и некоторые другие зависимости, аргументом которых является средний уровень налоговой ставки. Разработанная модель адекватно описывает действие механизмов, влияющих как на эксплуатационные параметры производственного комплекса, так и на изменение величины бюджетных поступлений.
