abstract:  
Beauty is an aesthetic concept that creates feelings of joy, affection, pleasure and freedom in a person. There are a lot of theories, views, teachings about beauty. In them, various aspects of the concept of beauty are noted. The article discusses theoretical considerations about the concept of “beauty”, the relationship of the eastern and Western worlds to beauty. Also, the linvomadanian interpretation of aesthetic concepts is analyzed. The role of beauty in the system of cultural values is reflected on the criteria that verbalize the concept.
