This article explores the importance of information technology in distance learning, focusing on its ability to provide flexible, accessible, and engaging educational opportunities. The integration of IT tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing, and digital collaboration platforms has transformed traditional learning methods, making education more inclusive and adaptable. Furthermore, IT has enabled a more personalized learning experience through data analytics and artificial intelligence, supporting diverse learner needs.
