abstract: The development of tourism clusters has become a key factor in improving the competitiveness of the tourism industry in many countries. By bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders such as service providers, businesses, and governmental institutions, tourism clusters enhance the overall tourism experience, contribute to economic growth, and improve regional competitiveness. This article explores foreign experiences and the mechanisms of competitiveness for participants in forming tourism clusters. By analyzing international best practices, the paper highlights key strategies for fostering collaboration, leveraging resources, and building competitive advantages.
