abstract: This article explores strategies for developing the professional competence of speech therapists working in inclusive education settings. It examines the essential components of professional competence, including pedagogical, psychological, and communicative skills, as well as their role in supporting children with speech and language disorders. The study highlights modern methodological approaches, innovative technologies, and interactive teaching methods that enhance the training and effectiveness of future speech therapists. Additionally, it discusses the challenges faced in inclusive education and proposes evidence-based solutions for improving speech therapy services. The findings contribute to the advancement of logopedic education and professional development in inclusive environments.
