At the beginning of the work, you can find brief information about Kokand, and the events start from the time of Norbutakhan. The final part of the work ends with the details of Amir Umarkhan's sending an ambassador to Moscow and the assassination of the ambassador. There are details about the relations of Kokand khanate with Kashkar and Eastern Turkestan and some information about the khanate period of Olimkhan is important which are not found in other sources.
