%X In patients with pelvic floor muscle failure and combined cervical pathology, the quality of life before surgery was reduced due to impaired physical activity and sexual functioning; after surgery, all parameters returned to normal, indicating a favorable effect of organ-preserving transvaginal surgeries on the quality of life of patients.
